There is nothing more terrifying than hearing a few dozen ghouls screaming for blood A World of Pain is also pretty unbalanced in terms of loot - I plan to install it but only after reaching the middle of the game or so. You can likely track down its components the aforementioned IWS is one of them, I believe. However, it's mostly a shell for other mods, anyway. I don't believe nVamp has been updated in a long while. Done some more searching and decided to go with nVamp from the list of the 15 best mods of 2011.
